That\u2019s great! Thanks for your interest in Meeple Mountain.<\/p>\n

These days, publishing content on the internet is easy. You can get a free Blogger, Wordress, or Medium site, start typing something up, hit publish, and presto, you\u2019re a \u201cpublished\u201d author. But that\u2019s not the end of the story, nor is it even the beginning. If you really want to have your voice, or point of view, heard in the board gaming community there\u2019s a LOT of hard work that needs to be done before and after hitting that publish button.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s where Meeple Mountain comes in.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Meeple Mountain has an international writing team including three<\/a> published<\/a> authors<\/a> and experience in video, music, data science, and software engineering. This incredibly diverse skill set means that we can produce interesting and compelling content across a wide spectrum of the tabletop gaming industry.<\/p>\n

Meeple Mountain prides itself on unique content not found anywhere else in board game media. Interviews with well known designers like Alexander Pfister<\/a>, Vital Lacerda<\/a>, and Phil Walker-Harding<\/a>, editorial content which asks if legacy games are the future board gaming<\/a>, narrative articles like our story review of Daxu<\/a> or Holmes: Sherlock & Mycroft<\/a>, and scientific articles using Kickstarter data to make predictive analysis about future campaigns<\/a>. We’re even looking for people interested in things like gaming news, short stories, art & illustration, crafting, and even non-traditional topics like how board gaming can contribute to an improved quality of life.<\/p>\n

Remember that board gaming is a hobby for everyone, regardless of ability level, race, body type, gender, or sexual orientation, and our goal is for our authors to represent that diversity.
